Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of progressive human resources leadership experience.
• Proven ability to partner with executive leadership and influence business decisions.
• Strong background in employee relations, investigations, compliance, and benefits administration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the organization's senior HR leader, advising executives on workforce strategy, talent initiatives, and organizational effectiveness.
• Direct all areas of human resources, including talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits, compliance, and people programs.
• Lead efforts to attract, develop, and retain top talent across the organization.
• Guide the resolution of sensitive workplace issues, investigations, and employee concerns.
• Partner with legal advisors and leadership teams on employment-related matters and risk management.
• Oversee retirement, leave, workers' compensation, and employee benefit programs.
• Develop and implement people-focused initiatives that enhance engagement, collaboration, and organizational performance.
• Lead and mentor HR staff while driving continuous improvement across HR operations.
