The client is seeking a Vice President, Human Resources to provide strategic and operational leadership across the full range of HR functions. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and a partner in advancing organizational goals, aligning people strategies with business priorities.

You will oversee talent acquisition and hiring, employee relations, culture and operations, compensation, and compliance. This position is responsible for ensuring HR practices support a fair, inclusive, and high-performing workplace while maintaining operational excellence and a strong employee experience, particularly as the organization grows and expands its impact.

The Vice President, Human Resources will also guide the thoughtful adoption of AI-enabled tools and technology within HR. You will help ensure innovation improves efficiency and strengthens decision-making while preserving confidentiality, fairness, and human-centered judgment, and you will contribute to an outcome-driven approach that supports continuous improvement in people and organizational performance.
