Job summary

Target is seeking a capable Operations Manager for Distribution and Receive Centers in the United States. The role focuses on safety, leadership and efficiency to move product quickly and accurately through the DC network.

You’ll drive productivity, champion process improvements, and lead teams across multiple functions to meet business goals. The position requires a four-year degree or equivalent experience, plus proven leadership and communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated leadership ability, with the ability to engage and motivate others.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Good reasoning, conflict-management, and analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to access all areas of the Distribution Center, including mezzanine platforms.
• Able to read and interpret policies and procedures to operate systems within the Distribution Center.
