Job summary

SALT is seeking a Vice President of Operations to own end-to-end operational strategy for Bill My Bnk, Alleaves, and future SALT brands. This is a remote or hybrid role with travel to the Miami HQ when needed, reporting to the President/CEO, and overseeing operations, customer experience, and financial workflows across multiple products in fintech.

The VP will drive scalable processes, partner with Sales and Marketing on GTM, and ensure compliant, secure operations in line with NACHA, SOC 2, and

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in payments/fintech or related fields, with senior leadership experience.
• Experience launching, operating, and scaling multiple financial services or software products across brands.
• Strong understanding of money movement, settlement flows, onboarding, and revenue models.
• Experience operating in regulated environments (NACHA SOC 2 PCI DSS) or ability to do so.

Responsibilities

• Own all day-to-day operational functions across multiple brands, including onboarding and activation.
• Develop scalable operational workflows, SOPs, and internal controls to support growth while reducing risk.
• Lead as the senior operations decision-maker across the portfolio and coordinate with cross-functional leaders.
• Identify opportunities to standardize and share operational infrastructure across brands.
