Job summary

The position is remote within the United States, with the US base salary range noted and eligibility for a bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent education and experience; Master’s preferred.
• 12+ years of senior level experience in international restaurant franchising, including development, franchise finance, and transactions such as M&A.
• Experience in finance, banking, legal, or transactional work is helpful.
• QSR or fast casual experience preferred, ideally across multiple global concepts at scale.
• Domestic franchising experience is helpful.
• Experience working or living internationally is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Develop market entry strategies and multiyear development roadmaps, including format strategy by location type, asset type, and site configuration.
• Identify, source, and qualify new brand partners for international growth and lead diligence across capability and funding needs.
• Lead negotiation of development agreements and ensure adherence to legal and compliance processes.
• Oversee site selection, design, real estate, and build enablement for international franchisees.
• Manage international franchise finance, business plans, and capital models with stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Legal to deliver timely outcomes.
