Job summary

Registrar Corp seeks a Vice President of Human Resources to lead the people strategy and build organizational capabilities for growth. You will report to the CEO, join the executive leadership team, and guide organization design, talent, workforce planning, compensation, and culture across a global workforce.

The role requires remote‑flexible leadership with in‑person presence at the Hampton, VA headquarters and regular travel.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive HR leadership experience.
• Experience as the senior HR leader in a complex organization.
• Translate strategy into organization design and workforce plans.
• Experience supporting a distributed, multi-state workforce.
• Proven HR due diligence and post‑acquisition integration experience.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, investigations, and compliance.
• Ability to connect workforce decisions to revenue/EBITDA.
• Strong organization design, leadership development, and succession experience.
• Excellent financial acumen and executive communication.
• Regular travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute HR strategy aligned with business and growth priorities.
• Advise CEO and executive team on organization, leadership, culture and performance.
• Translate priorities into organization, capability, talent, and workforce plans.
• Lead HR due diligence and post‑acquisition integration workstreams.
• Build scalable global people model with EOR and acquired entities.
• Lead talent development, succession planning and career pathways.
• Own compensation, benefits, and job architecture programs.
• Oversee employee relations with fairness and compliance.
• Partner on workforce planning tied to revenue and productivity.
• Drive a high‑performance culture and enable rapid decision making.
