Pyramid Consulting Group, LLC is seeking a Remote VP of Finance to lead the Accounting & Finance team for a beauty brand with 50+ locations across the US. The role emphasizes multi-unit oversight, NetSuite proficiency, and a strategic, tech-savvy mindset.

You will drive GAAP-compliant reporting, internal controls, and tax compliance while partnering with executive leadership. The position offers full-time permanence, ASAP start, and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• 10+ years progressive accounting experience with 3+ years at controller level.
• Strong multi-location experience, ideally 40+ locations in retail, hospitality, healthcare or related sectors.
• NetSuite proficiency required; HRIS exposure preferred.
• GAAP knowledge, tax, internal controls and ability to work with executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee GAAP-compliant financial reporting and close processes.
• Lead accounting operations across multiple locations and maintain internal controls.
• Drive ERP optimization, automation, and system integrations.
• Develop and mentor the accounting team and partner with FP&A, Operations, HR, and leadership.
