Atlas Search is seeking a Controller to own the accounting and controls infrastructure as the platform scales through acquisitions. This remote Miami-based role focuses on consolidations, ERP rollout, and real-time reporting for multi-location units.

Our platform is building the finance backbone for a fast-growing group of multi-location consumer businesses, including a lending and physical-inventory component. We're hiring a Controller to own the accounting and controls infrastructure across the platform as it scales through acquisition.

Compensation: $150,000 to $200,000 base salary

What You'll Do

• Own the monthly close and financial consolidations across all locations
• Build and maintain cash and inventory controls across the loan book and physical merchandise
• Produce the reporting, KPIs, and unit economics the deal team and board rely on
• Stand up and scale internal controls and finance systems as the platform acquires new businesses
• Drive the rollout and integration of the ERP and broader finance technology stack
• Contribute to hiring and finance-org decisions for partner companies as they join the platform

What We're Looking For

• Strong background in monthly close, consolidations, GAAP accounting, and internal controls in a multi-unit or multi-location environment
• Demonstrated cash and inventory control discipline
• Comfort leading or heavily contributing to an ERP implementation and finance systems rollout
• People management experience, including the judgment to evaluate and recommend finance talent
• High growth trajectory, coachable, and energized by building in a lean, early-stage environment

Preferred

• Experience in lending, retail inventory, or a regulated industry
• Exposure to M&A integration, including working with messy financials from newly acquired businesses
• Experience supporting diligence and post-close integration as a finance point person
• Familiarity with payroll setup and PEO/benefits administration in a scaling environment
