Job summary

Kinaxis, a global leader in supply chain orchestration, seeks a VP, North America Professional Services to drive delivery excellence and customer value. This remote role requires guiding a large delivery organization across enterprise software implementations and strategic engagements.

You will partner with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and partners to scale delivery, manage portfolios, and ensure successful outcomes. Willingness to travel and strong executive communication are essential.

Qualifications

Fifteen or more years in Professional Services, Consulting, Enterprise Software, or SaaS.
Ten or more years leading delivery teams and leaders.
Proven ability to manage a $50M+ Professional Services portfolio.
Strong financial, operating, and delivery performance acumen.
Ability to travel as needed for project engagements and executive interactions.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership for the North America Professional Services team.
Oversee successful delivery of enterprise software implementations on time, on budget, and with high quality.
Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to drive value realization.
Scale delivery with governance practices, tools, and metrics.
Build partnerships with system integrators and strategic partners.
Foster innovation and AI-enabled delivery capabilities to improve outcomes.
