Job summary

World Wide Technology, Inc. is seeking a Vice President for Strategic Delivery & Programs to own the financial and operational performance of a large services portfolio. This remote nationwide role leads a multi-year, multi-million-dollar program and reports to the EVP of Technical Delivery & Engineering.

You will drive utilization, governance, and leadership development, building executive relationships and ensuring delivery excellence across engagements.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of experience in services delivery and leading large multi-layer organizations.
• Proven P&L ownership with revenue, margin, forecasting and planning accountability.
• Experience delivering high-volume projects and multi-year programs worth millions of dollars.

Responsibilities

• Own the P&L for a high-volume delivery portfolio with revenue and margin targets.
• Drive utilization, realization, and resource alignment across engagements.
• Set governance, risk management, and quality standards for concurrent programs.
• Coach senior leaders, plan succession, and build high performing teams.
• Lead executive relationships and run quarterly business reviews with clients.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and practice leaders on scope, pricing, and handoffs.
• Apply technical judgment across networking, data center, cloud, security, AI and managed services.
• Standardize delivery methods and use AI to improve productivity at scale.
• Monitor risks and reset plans to restore client confidence when needed.
