Job summary

World Wide Technology, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Technology Delivery Lead to own the successful delivery of large-scale infrastructure programs. This role oversees client satisfaction, P&L, and a portfolio spanning networking, data center, cloud, security, digital workspace, and AI infrastructure.

The candidate will shape programs, lead multi-year engagements, and build trusted relationships with client executives while developing the next generation of delivery leaders.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of delivery leadership experience in large programs.
• 10+ years in a large consulting services firm is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multi-year, multi-million-dollar programs.

Responsibilities

• Own program outcomes with accountability for client satisfaction and financials.
• Shape programs with strategy, scoping, pricing, and staffing.
• Plan execution with roadmaps, milestones, and governance.
• Lead delivery at scale across multi-year programs with strong governance.
• Manage SOW deliverables, scope control, and change management.
• Build executive relationships and communicate status to stakeholders.
