Job summary

Nortal is seeking a VP of Client Services to own and grow our US client portfolio, targeting 10-15%+ annual growth. You will lead a team of Customer Success Managers and serve as the senior relationship holder for client leaders, shaping strategic account plans.

In this role you’ll manage US accounts up to $20M+ in annual revenue, build a strong client network, and ensure high service quality across global delivery teams, all within a fully remote work setup.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in client services or account leadership at a technology company.
• Experience managing US enterprise clients from LATAM with global delivery teams.
• Solid financial skills in revenue forecasting, margin, and contract negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Grow the US portfolio and manage accounts to $20M+ annual revenue.
• Lead the Client Success team with clear goals and monthly reviews.
• Build a network inside our clients and protect service quality.
