Sedgwick seeks a Vice President of Business Transformation for Finance to lead major processes, align cross-functional teams with strategic goals, and drive data-driven transformation initiatives that deliver measurable results.

This role requires a proven track record in enterprise programs, with certifications (PMP/PgMP/CBTP), and extensive financial services experience. You will design programs, manage risks, and foster accountability across global teams.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management, or related discipline preferred.
• Project Management Professional (PMP), Program Management Professional (PgMP), Certified Business Transformation Professional (CBTP), Change Management Certified Professional, Six Sigma.
• Ten years of related experience in business transformation, with several years in a management role having significant business impact.
• Experience in management consulting and/or enterprise transformation within B2B environments are highly preferred.
• Experience in the financial services sector (insurance, banking) is highly preferred.
