Job summary

Turbine is seeking a strategic VP of Marketing to build the company’s reputation and market position as a leader in BioAI and virtual biology. You will translate scientific and commercial differentiation into a clear corporate narrative, executive presence, and increased engagement with leading biopharma organizations.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive marketing, communications, or corporate marketing experience.
• Significant experience in biopharma, biotech, TechBio, AI-enabled drug discovery, or related scientific tech market.
• Strong relationships across biopharma media, communications, and industry ecosystem.
• Proven ability to position a complex scientific/tech company and develop founders into external thought leaders.

Responsibilities

• Establish clear corporate narrative and market positioning for Turbine.
• Build a systematic founder and executive thought-leadership program.
• Lead global PR and external communications strategy and manage agencies.
• Develop account-based marketing with Business Development for priority biopharma accounts.
• Oversee product marketing, sales enablement, and conference content to drive pipeline.
