Job summary

Toptal is seeking a visionary CEO of AI Services to lead one of its most innovative divisions, empowering data annotation, forward-deployed engineering, and enterprise AI transformation. You will own the strategy, architecture, and execution, building scalable AI platforms and driving growth across client solutions.

This remote role requires 10+ years in AI/technology leadership, proven P&L ownership, and strong cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering, marketing, and finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in AI/tech or service organizations.
• Proven ability to scale multi-service or AI-driven initiatives with P&L ownership.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy, and execution plan for AI Services, including all offerings.
• Define organizational structure and leadership model for AI Services teams.
• Provide hands-on operational leadership with clear accountability across AI Service lines.
• Translate strategy into detailed, scalable operational roadmaps.
• Establish scalable processes to ensure delivery excellence and client satisfaction.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, and Legal.
• Drive a high-performance culture and align with evolving business needs.
