Job summary

ModMed is seeking a senior leader to guide a high-performing technical delivery team responsible for end-to-end execution of complex interface projects. You will manage dashboards, cross-functional relationships, and vendor governance to ensure transparency, risk mitigation, and timely delivery.

You will drive AI and automation initiatives, optimize resource stewardship, and elevate delivery standards while partnering with Cloud, Engineering, Project Management, and Customer Success teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical leadership experience in a relevant field.
• 3+ years leading technical delivery teams of 5+ individuals.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing technical delivery team with accountability for delivery quality and timeline.
• Oversee complex interface initiatives and optimize internal tooling.
• Manage operational dashboards, track KPIs, and provide visibility to leadership.
• Act as primary contact for complex client escalations and coordinate cross-functional resolution.
• Collaborate across the organization to align goals and governance with vendors.
• Champion AI and automation adoption to streamline delivery and reduce manual toil.
