Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or HR or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in industry, with 3 years in upper management.
• Strong verbal and written communication and collaboration skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Google Suite and compatible school systems/databases.

Responsibilities

• Owns market demand and conversion strategies to drive admissions.
• Leads Ground Enrollment Teams and advises executives on growth objectives.
• Ensures APO compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Coordinates with Marketing and external agencies to optimize leads and conversions.
• Manages day-to-day operations, budget adherence, and reporting.
