Job summary

Crossroads Treatment Centers is seeking a Vice President of OBOT Pharmacy Operations to lead the OBOT pharmacy models, including buy-and-bill, alternative medications, and oral dispensing programs. This remote role involves travel to Greenville, SC and centers as needed, with accountability for performance and strategic growth.

The role requires 8+ years in healthcare operations, strong leadership, and experience managing programs with a P&L.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, pharmacy, or related field.
• MBA / MHA / PharmD preferred for leadership in operations.
• Experience leading multi-program healthcare portfolios with a P&L focus.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end leadership for OBOT pharmacy operations and dispensing models.
• Lead Buy & Bill and Alternative Medications teams; scale new dispensing functions.
• Define strategic roadmaps, manage budgets, and report on performance metrics.
• Oversee regulatory compliance with DEA, state boards, and payer contracts.
