Job summary

Crossroads Treatment Centers is seeking a Vice President of OBOT Pharmacy Operations to lead the OBOT portfolio, including buy-and-bill, alternative medications, and oral dispensing programs. You will align with the COO and Finance, manage vendor relationships, and drive program performance across multiple states.

The role emphasizes building scalable processes, supervising pharmacy teams, and ensuring regulatory compliance while delivering high-quality MAT services to patients nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration or pharmacy with relevant healthcare operations exposure.
• At least 8 years in healthcare operations with 4+ years leading teams and programs.
• Active pharmacy licensure is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end leadership for OBOT pharmacy operations and delivery models.
• Oversee Buy & Bill, Alternative Medications, and oral medication dispensing programs.
• Manage inventory, relationships with manufacturers and distributors, and pharmacist consultants.
• Develop scalable workflows, SOPs, trainings and governance across programs.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and interact with cross-functional teams.
