Crossroads Treatment Centers is seeking a Vice President of OBOT Pharmacy Operations to lead end‑to‑end OBOT pharmacy programs, including buy‑and‑bill, alternative medications, and oral dispensing initiatives. The role requires strategic leadership, P&L accountability, and cross‑functional collaboration to scale programs across multiple centers.

The ideal candidate has extensive healthcare operations experience, a track record of assembling capable teams, and strong vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of healthcare operations experience.
• 4+ years of leadership experience managing teams.
• Active pharmacy licensure is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end leadership for OBOT pharmacy operations.
• Lead Buy & Bill and Alternative Medications teams.
• Oversee program P&L, budgets, and vendor/manufacturer relationships.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
