UnitedHealth Group's Optum division is seeking a strategic leader for the Vice President of Pharmacy Fulfillment. This role oversees Home Delivery, Specialty, PharmScript, and multidose operations, aligning fulfillment and distribution to meet demand while enhancing patient experience.
The VP will guide multiple pharmacy fulfillment centers, drive performance through metrics, and mentor staff while partnering with Finance, Quality, and IT to ensure compliant, efficient operations.

- Provide strategic direction for fulfillment and distribution to meet demand and improve patient experience.
- Lead multiple pharmacy fulfillment centers and field operations with accountability for performance and financial objectives.
