Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 13+ years in product management, strategic marketing, or general management in life sciences.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategic direction for the mRNA portfolio with growth and profitability accountability.
• Build, coach, and develop a high-performing product management team.
• Establish governance connecting product strategy to operating plans and revenue growth.
