Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 13+ years in product management, strategic marketing, or related leadership in life sciences.
• Experience leading managers and senior professionals in a matrixed environment.
• Ability to develop and execute portfolio strategy, lifecycle management, market-back planning, governance.
• Strong business acumen with revenue growth and differentiation.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders across functions.
• FDA-regulated industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute strategic direction for the mRNA portfolio with growth and profitability accountability.
• Set portfolio priorities, pricing strategies, and lifecycle plans aligned with market opportunities.
• Translate insights into differentiated value propositions and future roadmaps.
• Build and coach a high-performing product management team.
• Establish governance connecting strategy to plans, revenue, margins, and readiness.
• Collaborate with Commercial, R&D, Operations, Finance, Quality, Regulatory, and Strategy leaders.
• Serve as executive spokesperson for the mRNA portfolio with key customers and partners.
