Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking an HR Leader to design and implement the company’s first performance management and organizational development frameworks during its US commercial launch. You will partner with senior leaders, coach managers, and lead onboarding, engagement, and communications while shaping HR operating models.

The role emphasizes leveraging AI and automation to optimize HR processes and collaborating on talent strategy to support fast-growth commercialization.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of HR experience supporting organizational growth.
• Expertise in employee relations, performance management, and Total Rewards.
• Strong communication and judgment skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; advanced HR certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR partner to leaders and coaching managers.
• Coach managers and handle employee relations matters.
• Manage onboarding, engagement, and communications initiatives.
• Assess and evolve HR operating models for scale.
• Leverage AI and automation to enhance HR processes.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on talent and organization strategies.
