Job summary

Stord seeks a VP of GTM Strategy & Operations to own sales and marketing operations, forecasting, and revenue architecture. You will build a high-performing GTM function and drive initiatives with Finance, Sales, and Marketing.

You will lead a team across GTM Operations, Strategy, Partnerships, and Enablement, while partnering with CRO to scale revenue and drive efficiency in a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading GTM operations or sales strategy in a scaling B2B company.
• Strong CRM and forecasting infra familiarity (Salesforce or equivalent).
• Experience building or scaling verticalized sales/orgs and CM/account mgmt.

Responsibilities

• Own sales and marketing operations end-to-end; territory design and forecast processes.
• Lead GTM engineering/enablement; manage AI-era workflows and tools.
• Partner with revenue leadership to scale from $1B toward $2B+ ARR.
