Responsabilités

• Lead all aspects of global income tax accounting and reporting under ASC 740.
• Oversee preparation, review of quarterly and annual tax provisions and related disclosures.
• Manage transfer pricing documentation and governance; monitor global regulations.
• Drive tax planning, corporate transactions support, and tax risk management.
• Lead the corporate tax team and mentor staff across global locations.
