Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive tax experience in public accounting, law firm, or multinational corporate tax environments.
• Deep expertise in U.S. federal income taxation and ASC 740 tax accounting.
• Experience leading tax accounting, compliance, and transfer pricing programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead global income tax accounting and reporting under ASC 740.
• Oversee federal, state, local, and international income tax returns and compliance.
• Develop and govern transfer pricing policies and documentation.
• Provide tax leadership for corporate transactions, restructurings, and reorganizations.
• Manage tax risk, audits, and controversies with external advisors.
• Lead and develop the corporate tax team across locations.
