Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation or related field.
• CPA, JD or Master’s in Taxation preferred.
• Advanced tax certification or continuing education desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead global income tax accounting and ASC 740 reporting.
• Oversee quarterly and annual tax provisions and disclosures.
• Manage transfer pricing documentation and governance.
• Drive tax planning, transactions, and restructurings.
• Lead tax risk management, audits, and controversies.
• Develop and mentor the corporate tax team across regions.
