Alight is seeking a strategic Vice President, Corporate Tax to lead the global tax function, ensuring accurate ASC 740 accounting, compliance, and transfer pricing governance. You will advise senior leadership and partner with finance and business leaders across regions in a dynamic public company environment.

The role requires deep expertise in US federal taxation, transfer pricing, and international tax, with a track record of building strong internal controls and driving tax planning

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field.
• CPA, JD, or Master's in Taxation strongly preferred.
• Advanced tax certification or specialized tax education is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Lead all aspects of global income tax accounting and reporting under ASC 740.
• Oversee preparation, review of quarterly and annual tax provisions and tax disclosures.
• Manage tax compliance across US and international jurisdictions.
• Develop and govern transfer pricing policies and documentation.
• Provide strategic tax guidance for corporate transactions and restructurings.
• Lead the tax team and collaborate with Finance, Legal, HR and business partners.
