Job summary

Alight is seeking a Vice President, Corporate Tax to lead the global tax function, including accounting, compliance, transfer pricing, and risk management. You will provide guidance to senior finance leadership and business partners, and drive strategic tax initiatives across regions in a dynamic public company environment.

You will oversee tax planning, governance, and coordination with external advisors, ensuring strong internal controls and timely financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field.
• CPA, JD, or Master's in Taxation strongly preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive tax experience in a large, complex organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead global income tax accounting and ASC 740 reporting.
• Oversee U.S. federal, state, local, and international tax returns.
• Develop and govern transfer pricing policies and documentation.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, HR, and business leaders on tax matters.
• Drive tax planning, risk management, and strategic initiatives.
