Huntress Labs is seeking a Senior FP&A leader to drive strategic planning, forecasting, and financial storytelling for a high-growth cybersecurity business. You will partner with the CFO and executive team to translate data into actionable guidance, build scalable processes, and shape the company’s financial future.

Lead an evolving FP&A function, improve planning with AI-driven tools, and ensure strong governance while supporting investor relations and fundraising efforts.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive FP&A or Strategic Finance leadership in high-growth SaaS.
• Experience building and scaling multi-level finance teams.
• Ability to turn complex financial data into a clear executive narrative.
• Proven ability to influence and challenge senior leaders with evidence.
• Experience developing leaders and high-performing teams.
• Strong judgment in fast-changing environments with process improvements.
• Familiarity with enterprise planning systems, BI/visualization tools, and AI-enabled workflows.

Responsabilités

• Own strategic financial planning near and long term to drive growth and cash flow.
• Shape financial narratives across reporting, investor relations, and fundraising.
• Partner with GTM, Product, and functions to turn data into actionable insights.
• Lead scenario modeling, sensitivity analysis, and investment cases.
• Build and scale FP&A team and operating model with governance and controls.
• Redesign forecasting and planning workflows with AI and data security.
• Oversee sales compensation administration to align incentives with goals.
