Qualifications

• 10+ years of corporate FP&A experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, modeling, and executive reporting.
• Experience with recurring-revenue and project-based models; SaaS familiarity helps.
• Strong systems and data skills (ERP/CRM); PE-backed environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as principal FP&A advisor to CFO, CEO, and business-unit leaders.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and performance management.
• Deliver executive reporting, identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Evaluate revenue, pricing, margins, and project economics for profitability.
• Partner with Sales/Operations on pricing and resource allocation; support M&A diligence.
• Strengthen oversight of recurring-service and project-based revenue; optimize billing.
• Lead FP&A systems, data, and reporting improvements; drive automation.
• Develop and lead the FP&A team; cultivate accountability and continuous improvement.
