Job summary

STACK INFRASTRUCTURE is seeking a Vice President of Electrical Engineering in the United States. You will lead the Electrical Engineering organization, set technical direction, and ensure safe, reliable, scalable electrical infrastructure for data centers.

You will collaborate with multiple disciplines, manage resources, and drive standardization while engaging clients and executives to balance technical and business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution; PE license required.
• Minimum of 15 years of progressive electrical engineering experience.
• Experience leading engineering organizations and senior teams.
• Strong knowledge of data center electrical infrastructure.
• Experience developing and implementing standards, governance, and client-facing meetings.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Electrical Engineering organization with clear accountability and priorities.
• Provide technical direction across projects and ensure reliability, safety, and constructability.
• Lead client meetings, design reviews, and workshops to align requirements.
• Develop and maintain engineering standards, criteria, and governance.
• Coordinate with Mechanical, Technology, Controls, Construction, and Operations.
