Job summary

Bounteous is seeking a Vice President of Digital Delivery to lead a high-impact delivery organization across North America and India. You will own delivery strategy, oversee end-to-end digital product delivery, and drive AI-enabled capabilities while partnering with clients to ensure on-time, on-budget results.

The role requires strong leadership, deep delivery expertise, and ability to scale across a portfolio of programs, with focus on quality, speed, and value realization.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in a relevant program, or equivalent work experience; advanced degree a plus.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in digital delivery, technology, product, or program management
• Experience leading complex digital products, platforms, programs, or transformation initiatives
• Experience working as a consultant or in an agency environment
• Proven track record across hybrid agency/enterprise delivery, product engineering, and platforms
• Experience scaling delivery organizations and owning delivery across a large portfolio of concurrent programs
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, DevOps, Lean, product management, and cloud platforms
• Demonstrated experience with AI, automation, and technology-enabled operational improvement
• Familiarity with marketing/experience tech ecosystems (Adobe, Salesforce, analytics, etc.)
• Experience managing distributed and global teams

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the delivery strategy for the North America business unit.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of digital products, platforms, and services from planning to launch.
• Set delivery models, standards, and performance expectations across all digital initiatives.
• Establish and improve technical delivery governance covering architecture, data, environment, and release readiness.
• Integrate AI and intelligent automation into the delivery lifecycle.
• Establish delivery KPIs and monitor portfolio performance.
• Oversee programs across capabilities including platform implementations and analytics projects.
• Build, lead, and motivate a high-performing delivery organization.
• Partner with global leadership to operate a single delivery model across regions.
• Coach and mentor teams and communicate effectively with engineers and executives
