Job summary

Sound Physicians seeks a Vice President, Data & Analytics to lead the data and analytics organization across clinical, operations and central services. You will own the cloud data platform, drive AI-enabled insights, and build high-performing teams delivering actionable analytics to physicians and operating leaders.

You'll shape governance, security, and scalable data solutions while partnering across a matrixed organization to unlock value for patients and clients in a remote-first culture that

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required; Master’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum five years’ experience leading leaders in a matrixed org; healthcare process improvement a plus.
• Strong technical foundation in cloud data platforms, data engineering and advanced analytics.

Responsibilities

• Set and drive the next-generation data and analytics vision, including AI.
• Lead design and delivery of cloud data platform and BI solutions.
• Develop directors and managers, building high-performing technical teams.
• Partner across a matrixed org to extend analytics value and ensure privacy/compliance.
