Job summary

Vulcan Development is seeking a VP Data Center Delivery to lead end-to-end data center site delivery from acquisition through energization. This full-time, remote leadership role will oversee program and project execution, align power procurement, civil design, entitlement, and construction readiness with schedule and budget, and mentor teams across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, business, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP) are beneficial.
• Extensive program and project management experience overseeing complex data center development initiatives.
• Proven leadership in data center, industrial, or large-scale infrastructure projects, with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of data center sites from acquisition through energization.
• Lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with utilities, local jurisdictions, engineers, and capital partners.
• Define standards, review technical and commercial documentation, monitor milestones and budget.
• Mentor team members and support business development efforts with operators and funds.
