Job summary

Valor Front Executive Search has been retained to identify a Vice President, Data Center Development & Delivery to lead our client's development organization and serve as the executive owner of all aspects of site development, design management, procurement, construction, commissioning, and capacity delivery.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for converting customer demand into revenue-producing capacity across an active portfolio that includes ongoing campus expansion in

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading complex data center or large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Expertise in EPC/EPCM/CMAR-GMP and design-build contracting.
• Proven ability to secure supply chains in volatile markets.
• Strong MEP and critical infrastructure knowledge.
• Experience with liquid cooling solutions.
• Texas market vendor/contractor relationships preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle from site development to handover.
• Build client-facing delivery models for cost, schedule, risk, and capacity.
• Oversee procurement and supply chain for long-lead equipment.
• Ensure design adherence to reference designs for air-cooled and liquid-cooled data halls.
• Direct architects, engineers, GC contractors, and commissioning agencies.
• Partner with sales to provide credible cost and schedule commitments.
• Establish scalable processes and reporting for multi-market expansion.
• Mentor a development team over time.
