Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management, or related field preferred.
• Licenses as needed. Certification such as PMP, PgMP, CBTP, Change Management or Six Sigma.
• Ten years of experience in business transformation with leadership impact; consulting or enterprise roles preferred.
• Experience in financial services (insurance, banking) highly preferred.
