Job summary

Qualifications
- Pharmaceutical industry experience with Biometrics leadership.
- Experience spanning multiple therapeutic areas and development phases.
- Line management experience in a multi-function organization.
- Experience managing budgets and outsourcing.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and scientific direction to Biometrics, ensuring strong engagement and operational excellence.
- Oversee biostatistics, clinical programming and data management pillars across portfolio.
- Engage in regulatory interactions and health authority submissions.
- Drive data strategy, analytics and digital approaches for clinical data.
- Foster collaboration with stakeholders and project teams across D&A.
