This role oversees biostatistics, clinical programming and data management, partnering with Development leaders to align analytics with registrational objectives. Reporting to the VP, Data & Analytics, the candidate will lead a high-performing Biometrics organization, drive the data strategy, regulatory interactions, budget

Qualifications

• Experience leading Biometrics with functional leadership.
• Experience across portfolios spanning multiple therapeutic areas.
• Line management of a multi-function team.
• Budget management incl. resourcing and outsourcing.
• Regulatory in-person interactions.
• Proven change leadership and cross-functional influence.
• Strong communication and collaboration across stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel up to 15%.
