Job summary
Otsuka America Pharmaceutical Inc. is seeking a Vice President, Biometrics to lead the Biostatistics, Clinical Programming and Clinical Data Management pillars in support of the Clinical Development portfolio.

Qualifications
- Pharmaceutical/biotech biometrics leadership with experience across biostatistics, statistics programming, and data management.
- Experience driving large, complex change efforts and leading cross-functional teams.
- Strong regulatory and health authority interaction experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and strategic direction to Biometrics.
- Oversee biostatistics, programming and data management pillars.
- Manage budgeting, resourcing and outsourcing; drive portfolio delivery and governance.
- Lead external scientific interactions and advisor committee preparations.
- Foster data-driven decision making and a culture of learning within Biometrics.
