Otsuka America Pharmaceutical Inc. is seeking a senior Biometrics leader to guide the Clinical Development portfolio in partnership with cross-functional teams.

The role oversees biostatistics, programming and data management, driving scientific direction and delivery excellence across D&A. The VP will champion data-driven decision making, lead strategic initiatives, manage budgets, and foster collaboration with health authorities and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Biostatistics or closely related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• At least 10 years in leadership roles within a Biostatistics/ Biometrics function.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership and scientific direction to Biometrics with focus on trial design, analysis planning, and submission reporting.
• Oversee biostatistics, clinical programming and data management pillars; align with D&A leadership.
• Manage budgets, resourcing and outsourcing; ensure timelines and governance across Clinical Development.
