Merkle is seeking a VP, Alliance Solutions Architect with deep MarTech and Salesforce expertise to shape, sell, and scale customer experience solutions. You will partner with Salesforce and internal teams to develop joint go-to-market narratives, influence account growth, and lead executive-level discussions on AI-powered CRM transformations.

The role focuses on pre-sales strategy, solution development, and alliance engagement, reporting into the Head of Alliance Solution Leads.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in solution architecture, consulting, alliance management, or pre-sales leadership.
• Strong Salesforce ecosystem expertise and CRM modernization experience.
• Experience translating business objectives into technology solutions and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Salesforce and growth teams to develop joint go-to-market strategies.
• Lead executive conversations on customer experience transformation and cross-cloud solutions.
• Shape opportunities from discovery to proposals and client presentations.
