Job summary
CrowdStrike, Inc. is seeking a VP-level AI Architect to define and drive a modern AI-first architecture across the company.
You will connect AI applications with the software and infrastructure for scalable deployment, guiding business units and engineering leaders to implement shared foundations and common patterns. You will lead design across product, platform, and internal AI capabilities, balancing security, performance, and reliability while mentoring senior engineers and shaping a bold AI
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, systems engineering, or AI engineering.
- Designing and delivering production AI systems, including generative or agentic applications and the infrastructure that supports them.
- Strong foundations in distributed systems, software design, APIs, and performance engineering.
- Experience with model integration, inference serving, retrieval, and evaluation at scale.
- Experience guiding cross-team architecture and mentoring engineers.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the company-wide AI architecture and roadmap.
- Design and build full-stack AI and agentic systems.
- Architect production AI systems for performance, resilience, and scale.
- Create a consistent developer experience across products with reusable components.
- Design the AI lifecycle architecture from data ingestion to deployment and feedback.
- Embed security, governance, and auditability into AI architectures.
