Qualificações

• 10+ years of experience in software architecture, systems engineering, or AI engineering, including senior technical leadership across multiple products or business units.
• Proven track record delivering production AI systems and capable of designing scalable AI architectures.

Responsabilidades

• Define and drive the company-wide AI architecture and roadmap across units.
• Design and build full-stack AI and agentic systems with scalable foundations.
• Architect production AI systems for performance, resilience, and scale.
• Create a consistent developer experience across products with reusable components and APIs.
• Design AI lifecycle architecture including data ingestion, evaluation, deployment, and observability.
• Embed security, governance, and auditability into AI architectures and collaborate with Security/Legal.
