CrowdStrike, Inc. is seeking a VP-level AI Architect to define and drive a consistent, modern AI-first architecture across CrowdStrike. This company-wide role spans business units, customer-facing products, shared platforms, and internal AI capabilities.

You’ll translate priorities into practical designs and guide implementation across teams. Your work will cover reference implementations, production-grade AI systems, and collaboration with product and engineering leaders to maintain

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software architecture, systems engineering, or AI engineering experience across multiple products/business units.
• Proven track record designing and delivering production AI systems, including generative or agentic applications.
• Strong foundations in distributed systems, software design, APIs, and performance engineering.
• Experience establishing shared platforms and engineering standards across teams; ability to mentor engineers.
• Experience integrating AI models, inference, retrieval, and evaluation at scale.

Responsabilités

• Define and drive company-wide AI architecture and roadmap across units and products.
• Design full-stack AI and agentic systems, connecting models, retrieval, runtimes, memory, tools, and execution environments.
• Architect production AI systems for performance, resilience, and scale; compare models and serving options; optimize latency and throughput.
• Create a consistent developer experience with reusable components, APIs, and shared tooling; review designs and code; mentor engineers.
• Design AI lifecycle architecture from data ingestion to deployment and feedback; establish reproducible workflows and observability.
• Embed security, governance, and auditing into AI architectures; define permissions and ensure traceability; partner with Security and Legal.
