Thrivent Financial seeks a Vice President, Advisor Marketing to define and lead the enterprise strategy that enables advisors to grow their practices through modern, scalable marketing. You will lead advisor marketing transformation, evolve service models, and partner with Distribution, Marketing, Product, Technology and enterprise stakeholders.

This role leads an internal agency delivering strategic marketing expertise, scalable capabilities, and timely service. Remote within the United States.

Formación

• 15-20 years of professional marketing, advertising, and/or communications experience.
• Experience in financial services or agency environment preferred.
• Experience in driving multi-distribution channels.
• Experience in a highly regulated environment with understanding of Compliance function.
• Ability to influence a broad group of stakeholders and senior leaders without direct authority.
• Strategic thinker with excellent judgement and courageous leadership.
• Experience navigating complex and matrixed organizations to achieve results.

Responsabilidades

• Advisor Marketing Transformation & Alignment: Develop long-term vision and strategy for Advisor Marketing and evolve the service model.
• Advisor Experience & Marketing Enablement: Define enterprise service model, provide training and self-service capabilities.
• Advertising Compliance: Own policy, review processes, and modernization to balance speed and risk.
• Multicultural Marketing: Lead inclusive marketing strategies and translation efforts.
• Leadership & Enterprise Partnership: Build high-performing teams and strong cross-functional partnerships.
• Communicate with executives and stakeholders to align priorities and drive growth.
