Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from voters.

• Handle voter complaints or escalations professionally.
• Adhere to call center procedures, scripts, and policies.
• Manage call handling time to meet performance targets.
• Demonstrate empathy and patience with voters.
• Support text chase programs when needed.
