Civitech is seeking a Client Success Support Specialist to onboard and support clients using our civic tools and data. The role focuses on delivering a cohesive, responsive experience for clients and end users.

You will manage onboarding to offboarding, configure sites, and gather user feedback to continuously improve services. A remote‑first company, Civitech hires across many states with an office in Austin, TX.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience with a commitment to supporting and advocating for clients and end users.
• Comfortable working in a collaborative environment focused on proactive problem‑solving and creative thinking.
• Familiarity with political organizations such as campaigns, advocacy organizations, unions, etc. and election cycles.
• Commitment to leveraging technology and data products to help Democratic candidates run for office and win, empower progressive causes, and increase civic participation.

Responsibilities

• Manage the client lifecycle from contract signing to rollout and offboarding.
• Cultivate and sustain strong client relationships aligned with contract obligations.
• Track product utilization and conduct proactive outreach to maximize tool value.
• Provide precise resolutions to support tickets from candidates, voters, and clients.
• Oversee multi‑department initiatives and coordinate priorities to deliver exceptional service.
• Maintain data accuracy in internal tools like HubSpot, Asana, and HelpScout.
