Job summary

MCI is seeking call center representatives for a remote, work-at-home role to support a Get Out the Vote initiative. You will handle outbound calls to encourage voter turnout, document interactions, and resolve customer inquiries with a focus on accuracy and service.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls in a courteous, timely manner.
• listen to customers, identify needs, and resolve issues.
• Document customer interactions in systems and follow scripts.
• Escalate complex cases to supervisors when needed.
• Maintain attendance and adhere to schedule requirements.
